UC Davis is home to the region’s only multidisciplinary clinic for Parkinson’s patients and their families. Located at the Midtown Clinic, the Parkinson’s Multidisciplinary Clinic provides cutting-edge, comprehensive care in a convenient, patient-centered model. The clinic brings together care providers from specialties such as neurology, speech therapy, and physical therapy, alongside expertise in nutrition, neuropsychology, and social work. Housed in one physical location and overseen by a specialized Parkinson’s disease clinic coordinator, patients and families interact with various care providers during one visit, making navigating comprehensive care simple and straightforward. The Parkinson’s Multidisciplinary Clinic also facilitates clinical research to discover new treatments for the future.
