Join us to support the Student Foundation this Give Day 2025
The UC Davis Student Foundation is dedicated to building a culture of philanthropy and grassroots volunteerism among our students.
By increasing awareness of the impact philanthropy has on campus, we encourage students to support initiatives that have made an impact on their lives, or that create a lasting impact for fellow Aggies on campus by volunteering or providing small gifts to support programs they care about. We call this Aggies Helping Aggies (AHA).
The Student Foundation also manages the Student Emergency Relief Aid program, which is outlined below:
Student Emergency Relief Aid (SERA)
Life happens. And it is devastating when circumstances require students to choose between staying in school and paying for sudden, large expenses. That’s where the Student Emergency Relief Aid (SERA) program comes in.
The SERA program relies on donor support to offer students quick cash awards for emergency needs, including medical bills, tuition, rent to avoid eviction and other essentials not covered by other forms of assistance.
This program was created by students in 2011. The UC Davis Student Foundation Board believes that no student should have to discontinue their education due to an emergency financial setback.
