Help Send TPHB to The Premiere Mock Trial Competition!

The Trial Practice Honors Board (TPHB) at UC Davis School of Law is a student-run mock trial organization dedicated to developing the next generation of trial advocates. Through training, mentorship and competition, TPHB provides law students with opportunities to build courtroom advocacy skills and gain practical experience in the art of mock trial. Each year we send law students to competitions across the nation where our trial teams have consistently placed highly or come home as champions. This fall, we are excited to send 26 students to 8 competitions across the nation.

We need your help sending eight students to The Premiere Mock Trial Competition hosted at UCLA. Designed specifically for law students with little to no prior mock trial experience, this competition provides a unique opportunity to develop foundational trial advocacy skills in a competitive setting. Our competitors will gain hands-on experience in witness examinations, evidentiary objections, case theory development, and courtroom advocacy. For these competitors, the Premiere Competition will be their first opportunity to represent UC Davis School of Law in an external competition.

Your support will help ensure that financial barriers do not prevent our students from gaining this invaluable experience. Any extra funds will help support our students compete in our other Fall competitions.
