The Gratitude in Action Training Fund supports specialized education and professional development opportunities for the UC Davis Weill School of Veterinary Medicine (WSVM) House Officer Program. This program serves DVM holders obtain specialty training in one of 53 distinct disciplines. The WSVM house officer program is the largest of its kind in the nation with approximately 140 house officers, which includes interns, residents and fellows. Along with training and professional development, this fund program also provides support programs and emergency aid to help advance in the program toward board certification.

Donations will help fund specialized training, professional development opportunities and support services for all house officers. These resources give veterinarians the added skills, knowledge, and experience they need to succeed.

The fund invests in the next generation of veterinarians specialized and certified to care and treat for all animal species and the people who care for them.
