The Fencing Club at UC Davis is dedicated to bringing students together through our shared love for fencing. Whether interested in sparring high-level fencers or simply itching to pick up a new hobby, we strive to make this sport more accessible by providing affordable training, gear, and competitive opportunities. Together, we proudly represent UC Davis on both the regional and national levels.

Our largest annual event is the Collegiate Fencing Clubs (CFCs) Tournament, where we compete against 45 universities. For the past two years, we’ve sent nearly full teams of 24 students and placed 4th and 9th overall, with individual members among the top 8. This year, we hope to compete again and earn a place on the podium.

We want to ensure that this opportunity remains accessible to all of our fencers. Gifts to our campaign provide general support for the Fencing Club at UC Davis, including our current priorities of paying for registration fees, travel expenses, lodging, and equipment maintenance. This not only lowers out-of-pocket costs, but it also ensures that students from diverse backgrounds can participate in our tournaments and community.

For many of our members, CFCs is the only opportunity to compete on a national level. With your support, we will be able to make this unforgettable experience more accessible and represent UC Davis among elite fencing clubs across the country.
