COSMOS: Impact STEM Leaders of Tomorrow

Join us to support the COSMOS Scholarship fund

STEM Leadership Starts Here!

The California State Summer School for Mathematics and Science (COSMOS) is a rigorous, summer enrichment program for talented high school students who are passionate about science and mathematics. Hosted at six UC campuses with the statewide office located at UC Davis, COSMOS gives students the opportunity to explore their STEM interests alongside renowned faculty and researchers.

Through residential immersion, dynamic classroom discussion and practical application, COSMOS prepares students to pursue their passions and become the next generation of engineers, scientists, mathematicians and technologists.

Your gift can help make this transformative experience possible for a talented and motivated student. This year, COSMOS welcomed 1,454 students systemwide and awarded 45 students with full financial aid support. Your support can help alleviate a student’s financial burden and allow them to participate in this life-changing opportunity.

This October, our goal is to raise $5,518 through Crowdfund UC Davis to provide full financial assistance to at least one student in the COSMOS program. Every gift brings us closer to our goal, making a tangible difference to the success of a student interested in STEM.

Thank you for showing that an investment in the COSMOS program is an investment in the next generation of bright scientific minds that will propel California, and the world, forward in science and technology innovation and leadership.
