Join us to support the BAJA SAE Team Support fund

We are UC Davis Baja Racing, a passionate team of student engineers competing in the Baja SAE program where we test our skills and represent UC Davis at the national level. Each year, we face the incredible challenge of building a car from complete scratch. That includes design, buying all the materials, welding the chassis together, and assembling the car. Building a Baja car takes months, and it’s a costly endeavor!

Our team loves the thrill of racing and competition, but the Baja SAE program is so much more than that. This program allows us to apply our classroom knowledge to a real world design challenge, pushing both our teamwork and problem solving skills to the limit. It also serves as a springboard for many of us to find future careers in automotive engineering.

Last year in Arizona, we placed 65th in competition after fighting hard to get our car into the ring. This year, we're ready to bring it, but we need your help! As a student organization, a lot of our funding comes from donations like yours. We need your support to pay for materials, tools, parts, and competition fees! Your donations, no matter how small, directly support up-and-coming engineers and drive both our car and the team forward.
