Join us to support the CAARE Center Family Assistance Fund

At UC Davis Health, the CAARE Center (Child and Adolescent Abuse Resource and Evaluation) helps families in our greater Sacramento region escape domestic violence, unsafe conditions, or unstable housing, and transition away from homeless shelters and into local housing. Your gift will benefit the CAARE Center, including our current goal of transforming these houses into warm, family homes.

Through the Employee Giving Program, you can help vulnerable families stabilize their housing circumstances with gifts to the CAARE Center Family Assistance Fund.

Your gift is tax-deductible as allowed by law and will help to provide household essentials, including furniture, beds, warm bedding, kitchenware, baby care necessities, and more.

Recently, the program has seen an increase in single fathers needing help from UC Davis Health (nearly 1 in 5 families), as many programs and county resources are not available to male-led households. Your gift can make a big difference.

You can provide warmth, safety, and hope for a fresh start to many families in need.
