We are the Womxn in Technology (WIT) group at UCD/UCDH, and we're on a mission to bridge the gender gap in IT!
By supporting the Womxn in Technology (WIT) group at UCD/UCDH, you're contributing to several key goals:
- Building a Diverse IT Workforce: We're committed to aligning with the UC's Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan by working toward increasing the representation of womxn in IT at UCD/UCDH. This creates a richer environment for everyone and fosters innovation through a wider range of perspectives.
- Empowering Womxn in Tech: We're building a strong network of support for womxn in IT. This network provides opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and professional development, helping womxn thrive in their careers.
- Fostering an Inclusive Community: We believe in creating a safe and welcoming space for womxn to learn, share knowledge, and build confidence. This sense of belonging empowers womxn to excel in their roles and drive toward becoming leaders in the tech industry.
Womxn in Technology at UCD/UCDH engages the community to support womxn in Tech by organizing discussions, events, panels, interviewing womxn in higher leadership roles, hosting social gatherings for networking and so much more but we need your support to continue to do the work we do.
