Over the past 50+ years, Outdoor Adventures (OA), a nationally recognized program, has developed aspiring and devoted leaders by connecting people to nature through our outdoor programs, guide schools, and leadership training. Unfortunately, not everyone has equal access - and divisions between those with and without often fall along borderlines between racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
To improve inclusiveness and access, OA is creating an endowment that will provide funding in perpetuity to offer students from inadequately represented communities scholarships and fee waivers for our programs.
To launch the endowment and ensure OA can continue providing equitable access to our programs, we had to raise a minimum of $50,000 by June 2026. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have now raised more than $50,000!!! We did it!! Every dollar counts!!
The more money that we put into the endowment, the more money that becomes available each year for OA.

We’ve passed our original goal of $5,000!!! We’re now aiming higher.
We have set a stretch goal of $6,500!
Every dollar counts and gets invested into our endowment. The more money in the endowment, the more money goes to OA every year to help train new guides who otherwise cannot afford the opportunities.
