The Latinx Staff & Faculty Association (LSFA) is a long-standing active employee resource group at UC Davis that plays a pivotal role in fostering the professional growth and development of Latinx staff and faculty members at the university. LSFA provides its members guidance, mentorship, and professional development initiatives to help them thrive and advance within UC Davis, as well as beyond the university.

LSFA advocates for equitable representation of Latinx staff and faculty within academic and administrative units and strives to ensure they have a variety of opportunities for professional growth. This is a critical goal as many student development studies show a greater degree of achievement amongst Latinx students when a higher education institution has a commensurate percentage of Latinx staff and faculty.

LSFA is committed to build upon its established success by increasing its financial contributions towards staff and faculty development by diversifying its offerings to develop Latinx staff at UC Davis.

Please donate to the LSFA Crowdfund this year to support us with providing for the professional development of Latinx staff and faculty at UC Davis. Your contributions help LSFA provide staff, faculty and their dependents with scholarships to help them reach their goals. Additional contributions will help LSFA award more scholarships, schedule professional development workshops, and provide materials for undergraduate student support events.
