UC Davis Hunter Jumper Club is an all inclusive equestrian sports club that enables students from all economic backgrounds to train and compete on the collegiate level. Through the club, students access coaching and community building opportunities facilitated by both the horses and donors like you. Horse riding is one of the least accessible collegiate sports, due to high costs to the individual for lessons, equipment, travel costs, and horse care.
We believe that equestrianism should be defined by love for the sport, especially the animals we develop bonds with, but not by financial limitations. Through shared resources, lessons, and partnerships with local barns and trainers, we enable both beginner and experienced riders to participate in this sport and enjoy the growth and development opportunities that working alongside these incredible animals offers.
Your gifts will support the UC Davis Hunter Jumper Club throughout the year and the showing season, including our current priorities of funding lesson and coaching fees, horse-care costs, and travel expenses to and from shows.
